January 2012 - October 2013Working with and managing a team of highly skilled freelance and offsite artists to produce and model cutting edge character art for console and PC titles, as well as this I also create characters and character assets and assist the other members of the character team.

3D Character Artist and Modeller/ Part Time Lecturer in 3D Modelling at Norwich University College of the Arts
February 2010 - December 2011Teaching 3D modelling techniques and the application towards game development, this includes in depth training in Maya, Zbrush and Photoshop. I also assist and mentor students in the development of games using industry engines, this includes mentoring 2011 BAFTA nominated Dare to be Digital winners Swallow Tail Games.
